The company was founded to share lessons learned gained from its Founder, Bridget Y Samuel's, over 20 years of 'lived-experience' in social work, nonprofits, and philanthropy.

Bridget is a certified organizational development (O.D.), human-centered design (HCD), and change management practitioner (OCM) and holds certificates for Lean Six Sigma and True Colors© personality assessments. She enjoys yoga, dancing, painting, long meditative walks, and playing with her rescue dog, "Twinkie."
