VESTEDin™ Consulting Group, LLC is a certified Minority-and-Woman-Owned Business Enterprise with a mission to guide mission-driven organizations in the discovery, design, and execution of strategies that increase IMPACT, GROWTH opportunities, and INNOVATION readiness. The company was founded to share lessons learned gained from its Founder, Bridget Y Samuel's, over 20 years of 'lived-experience' in social work, nonprofits, and philanthropy.
Our expertise in capacity-strengthening is rooted in firsthand experiences as both recipients of funding in the nonprofit sector and grant-makers in philanthropy. The company's reputational capital and a broad network of connections have enabled VESTEDin™ to establish a nationwide client base.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Bridget is a "generalist" with a broad perspective to see the bigger picture, navigate vague or poorly defined situations, and derive new patterns. Her unwavering passion for aiding individuals, teams, and organizations to build power and influence to meet aspirational
goals resulted in an appearance on the NBC Nightly News and a quote in the New York Times.
Bridget is a certified organizational development (O.D.), human-centered design (HCD), and change management practitioner (OCM) and holds certificates for Lean Six Sigma and True Colors© personality assessments. She enjoys yoga, dancing, painting, long meditative walks, and playing with her rescue dog, "Twinkie."
